Service description

I have been buying and selling on eBay since 2000. I am now making my eBay experience and selling services available to others.

I will handle the entire selling process for you including:-
- researching a realistic selling price of the item and comparing this to your desired price. We don’t go any further unless we have a chance of getting your desired selling price. There is no charge for this.
- photographing your item. I can place up to 24 photos per listing for no extra charge.
- posting the listing on eBay with your choice of listing upgrades.
- communicating with buyers and answering their questions while the item is on eBay.
- collecting payment from the buyer.
- shipping the item to the buyer.

To make it worth while for us both, I prefer to only accept items that I believe will result in a sale price of $100 or above. If you would like me to make an exception to this rule please contact me and we can discuss it.

Fees

I only charge the fees eBay charges me to list your item. If your item does not sell there is no more to pay and we can discuss what further options are available.

When your item sells I have a sliding commission scale as follows:-
Sale price:- below $100 – 30%
Sale price:- $100-$250 – 25%
Sale price:- $250.01 – $500 – 22.5%
Sale price:- $500.01 and above – 20%

I collect all eBay and Paypal fees charged to me for the transaction.  These can range from 8%-10% of the final selling price based on eBay’s fee schedule.  I will provide you with a total breakdown of costs when your item sells.

Terms and conditions

I will only accept items that:-
- I research thoroughly first (24 hour turn around on this decision).
- I believe there is an very good chance of a successful sale being made for you.
- you have the best opportunity of getting the final sales price you would like.
- you are realistic in what you want for the item to sell for.

I only ever start auctions at the minimum price that you would be happy to sell the item for. Low starting prices can cause excitement and a ‘bidding war’ on eBay, but unless your item is very popular they don’t. Sometimes they just end with one bid and you may not be happy to sell your item for that low price. I always aim to get the price that you will be happy with.
